Was phenomenal, got the dinner for 2 and was some of the best I've had since living in England. Service was wonderful, as an American im used to being served when going out to eat, and this place really kept up on service. Food was plentiful the dinner for 2 and flavorful.
ONCE again we went unbooked to our favourite Turkish restaurant in Diss, we walked in at 4,o’clock Saturday afternoon for the mother in laws birthday meal, the boss man made lots of effort to fit us in we had a two hour window as the table was pre booked for customers at 6 ! He split up tables and made it possible for us to have a superb meal for four ! Although the menu is not cheap in these hard times but you don’t mind treating yourself now and again and paying these prices as the food is delicious and the staff are major friendly great watching the hard working cooks cooking up the delicious hot food ! Could not fault anyone or anything about this fantastic local Turkish food ! Been here five times so far Mother in law paid this time well it was her birthday after all !!!! (I gave the tip )
Expectations were high and it was on a special occasion. However.. beautiful service, the staff as friendly as they come..but main room at the back was cold and the food was disappointing. We ordered a mixed sharing platter for the mains but the meat was bland, dry and chewy.. Too expensive. Between the 2 of us we spent nearly £100.
As a fellow food business owner, I truly appreciate the care and authenticity at Cappadocia. Fantastic food and warm hospitality! The flavors are rich, the service is top-notch, and on top of that, they serve authentic Turkish Efes beer :) Absolute gem..
Our first visit and the waiters were really attentive. We were time limited, as off to the theatre, so with four of us there, we went for the two share platters: fish and meat. They didn’t disappoint! You had to cut up some of the fish and there was a lack of serving utensils for doing this and also for sharing out the salads but the food was plentiful (for four) and delicious. Will be back to work my way through the menu, which all looked delicious.
